固定矫治中托槽周围牙釉质脱矿影响因素分析

摘要

目的：分析正畸固定矫治过程中牙釉质脱矿的影响因素。方法将2014年2月～2015年10月于我院治疗的96例正畸固定矫治患者作为研究对象，其中牙釉质脱矿患者为45例，脱矿率为46.88%，对患者正畸中釉质脱矿相关危险因素进行分析。结果固定矫治治疗过程中，治疗时间、刷牙频率、甜食的摄入以及不良饮食习惯变化等和牙釉质脱矿均具有一定的关系（P＜0.05）。结论对于影响牙釉质脱矿的因素应进行处理，增强患者的口腔卫生，将不良饮食习惯进行改善，以此来降低牙釉质脱矿的发生率。正畸固定矫治中，应根据患者存在的相关牙釉质脱矿的危险因素，采取相对的预防措施，降低牙釉质脱矿率，保证牙齿健康及色泽美观。%ObjectiveInfluencing factors of enamel demineralization during fixed orthodontic treatment is to be analyzed.MethodsFrom February 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital treatment of 96 cases of orthodontic fixed orthodontic patients as the research object,including enamel demineralization patients 45 cases,demineralization rate of 46.88%,the enamel off mine risk factors were analyzed.Results For fixed orthodontic treatment,treatment time,frequency of tooth brushing,the intake of sweets and bad eating habits change and enamel demineralization have a certain relationship(P<0.05). ConclusionFor enamel demineralization factors should be handled,and enhance the patient's oral hygiene. Poor diet wil be improved in order to reduce the incidence of enamel demineralization. Fixed orthodontic appliances should be based on risk factors related to patients enamel demineralization, take a relatively preventive measures to reduce enamel demineralization rate, ensure dental health and beautiful color.
