中医整体护理在妊娠剧吐患者中的应用效果分析

摘要

Objective To study the clinical effect of hyperemesis gravidarum patients received TCM holistic nursing.Methods From February 2011 to March 2013,chose 134 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum patients to research and analysis in our hospital. These patients were divided into control group and observation group,the control group using holistic nursing,the observation group used TCM holistic nursing,then to compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results Observation group of the average hospitalization time was(4.21±0.54)d,the control group of the average hospitalization time was(11.00±0.71)d. And the anxiety of patients in two groups were improved,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with hyperemesis gravidarum accept holistic nursing can reduce the hospitalization time,and the patient's clinical symptoms have been aleviated.%目的：研究分析妊娠剧吐患者接受中医整体护理的临床效果。方法根据我院2011年2月～2013年3月我院的134例妊娠剧吐患者进行研究分析，将患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组使用整体护理，观察组使用中医整体护理，对两组的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察组平均住院时间（4.21±0.54）d，对照组平均住院时间（11.00±0.71）d，两组患者的焦虑情绪均有所改善，观察组比对照组优秀，结果差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论妊娠剧吐患者临床中接受整体护理能够减少患者的住院时间，患者的临床症状得到缓解。
