2型糖尿病胰岛素强化治疗致低血糖反应的原因分析及处理对策

摘要

目的：分析2型糖尿病胰岛素强化治疗致低血糖反应的原因，并探讨其临床处理对策。方法选取在我院首次采用胰岛素强化治疗的2型糖尿病患者100例，每日对患者进行8次末梢血糖监测，判断患者是否发生低血糖反应，并且对已经发生低血糖反应的患者进行原因分析，并给予临床处理。结果本次研究中有40例患者发生低血糖反应，发生率为40.0%。2型糖尿病患者低血糖反应发生主要与患者对糖尿病疾病认知、病情情况、运动情况、遵医嘱情况及自身胰岛调节功能等因素有关。结论2型糖尿病患者胰岛素强化治疗过程中低血糖反应发生与多种原因相关，临床应采取有针对性的处理对策，及时给予治疗，降低低血糖反应给患者带来的危害。%ObjectiveAnalysis of type 2 diabetic insulin intensive treatment induced hypoglycemia and explore its clinical treatment.Methods In our hospital, for the first time,the insulin strengthening treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes 100 cases,daily of patients was 8 times of peripheral blood sugar monitoring and judging whether patients with hypoglycemia,and of patients with hypoglycemia reaction carries on the reason analysis,and to give clinical treatment.ResultsIn the study,40 cases of patients with hypoglycemia reaction,the incidence rate for 40.0%. In patients with type 2 diabetes,the incidence of hypoglycemia was mainly related to the cognition of the disease,the movement,the compliance with the doctor's advice and the regulation function of pancreatic islets and so on.Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetes melitus,Insulin strengthening treatment process in hypoglycemia occurrence associated with a variety of reasons. Clinical should take strategies and give timely treatment to reduce hypoglycemia reaction that brings to the patient's harm.
