老年患者用药安全性及对策

摘要

目的：探讨影响老年患者用药安全性的因素及相关对策。方法通过分析老年患者身体机能的改变、药物动力学原理及平时用药存在的误区，总结影响老年患者用药安全性的因素。结果老年患者药物动力学的改变、身体机能的退化、保健类药物的滥用及合并用药是影响老年患者用药安全性的主要原因。结论重视老年患者的用药安全性，进行相应干预措施，合理用药，对提高老年患者用药安全具有重要意义。%Objective To explore the factors af ecting the safety of medication in elderly patients and the related countermeasures. Methods Through the analysis of the changes of body function in elderly patients,the principles of pharmacokinetics and the errors in the usual medication,summed up the factors af ecting the safety of medication in elderly patients. Results The changes of drug dynamics,the degradation of physical function,the abuse of health care drugs and the combined use of drugs are the main reasons for the safety of drug use in elderly patients. Conclusion It is important to pay attention to the safety of medication in elderly patients,to carry out the corresponding intervention measures,rational drug use,and to improve the safety of medication in elderly patients with great significance.
