目的：对糖皮质激素与羟氯喹联合应用于皮肌炎临床治疗中的效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2013年1月～2015年12月在我院接受治疗的皮肌炎患者73例，并随机分为对照组（35例）和治疗组（38例），观察单纯糖皮质激素和糖皮质激素联合羟氯喹治疗的效果并比较。结果治疗组患者的糖皮质激素用量少于对照组；治疗组患者的痊愈率高于对照组[71.1% vs 40%]，治疗总有效率高于对照组[92.1% vs 74.3%]，不良反应发生率低于对照组[7.9% vs 28.6%]，组间差异经 t 检验，有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论糖皮质激素与羟氯喹联合应用于皮肌炎临床治疗中的效果确切。%Objective Clinical effect of glucocorticoid combined with hydroxychloroquine in treatment of dermatomyositis is to be studied. Methods Chose 73 patients of dermatomyositis who are treated in hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 and separate them into control group(35 patients) and study group(38 patients)at random,and then observe and compare only glucocorticoid treatment effect to glucocorticoid combined with hydroxychloroquine treatment effect between two groups. Results Patients’glucocorticoid consumption in study group is less than that in control group,patients’cured rate in study group is much higher than that in control group[71.1% vs 40%]and treatment efficacy in study group is much higher than that in control group[92.1% vs 74.3%],besides,side-effect incidence in study group is less than that in control group[7.9% vs 28.6%], there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value according to T-check(P < 0.05). Conclusion Glucocorticoid combined with hydroxychloroquine is effective in treatment of dermatomyositis.
