目的：探索移动护理信息系统的信息质量、系统质量、服务质量对用户使用意愿的影响。方法在技术接受模型的理论基础上构建研究模型和相关量表，随机抽取345名护士发放问卷，获取有效问卷312份，采用结构方程模型进行数据分析。结果所有假设均成立，其中信息质量对感知有用性影响效果最显著（β=0.66，P ＜0.001），系统质量对感知易用性影响效果最显著（β=0.64，P ＜0.001）。结论通过提升信息质量和系统质量可提升感知有用性和感知易用性，进而促进护士接受移动护理信息系统。%Objective To explore the impact of information quality,system quality and service quality on the usage intention of mobile nursing information systems by nurses. Methods Proposed an evaluation model and scale derived from the technology acceptance model,a randomly selected sample of 354 professional ward nurses participated in this study. Data were col ected using an questionnaire and 312 valid questionnaires were returned. Made an empirical analysis using structure equation model method. Results Al hypothesis were available,information quality had a major impact on perceived usefulness(β=0.66,P < 0.001)and system quality had a major impact on perceived ease of use(β=0.64,P < 0.001). Conclusion These findings indicated that nursing care requires high-quality healthcare information and system of mobile nursing information system to improve the acceptance of nurses.
