莫西沙星或左氧氟沙星用于耐多药肺结核治疗中的临床效果

摘要

Objective To study moxifloxacin or levofloxacin for clinical effect in the treatment of multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. MethodsOur hospital were treated multi-drug resistant tuberculosis patients 62 cases between December 2013 and December 2014. They were divided into two groups,group A was treated with moxifloxacin,group B was treated with levofloxacin,analysis of two groups of therapeutic effect.ResultsAfter treatment the total effective rate of group A was higher than group B(P<0.05). But the adverse reactions to compare differences between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion Using moxifloxacin in treatment of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis,the effect is remarkable.%目的：研究莫西沙星或左氧氟沙星治疗耐多药肺结核的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年12月～2014年12月收治的耐多药肺结核病患者62例，分为两组，A组用莫西沙星治疗，B组用左氧氟沙星治疗，分析两组治疗效果。结果 A组治疗后的总有效率高于B组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论采用莫西沙星治疗耐多药肺结核的效果突出。
