青光眼术后患者浅前房的护理效果观察

摘要

ObjectiveTo study the effect of shalow anterior chamber after operation in patients with angle closure glaucoma.Methods 50 cases of shalow anterior chamber were selected from January 2015 to December 2015. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,the observation group were given health education and psychological care on the basis of routine nursing.ResultsThe two groups of patients in the shalow anterior chamber in the middle of the time of the scoring difference had statistical significance. Satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92%,and the satisfaction rate of the control group was 81%.Conclusion According to the different psychological states of patients to develop different psychological nursing measures for patients with shalow anterior chamber after glaucoma surgery has a positive effect.%目的：研究闭角型青光眼患者术后发生浅前房的护理治疗效果。方法选取2015年1～12月眼科接受手术治疗，术后浅前房患者50例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予健康教育和心理护理。结果两组患者在浅前房恢复过程中间时间点的评分差异具有统计学意义。观察组的满意度为92%，对照组的满意度为81%。结论根据患者的不同心理状态制定不同的心理护理措施，对于青光眼术后浅前房患者的预后具有积极作用，
