慢性心力衰竭患者连续性护理干预的实施及效果评价

摘要

ObjectiveThe research aims to explore the clinical effect of continuous nursing intervention on the patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods The research chose 100 cases of CHF patients from the hospital,and distributed them into the observation group and the control group randomly of which each had 50 cases. The observation group received the continuous nursing while the control group received the routine nursing and folow-up visits. The research observed the number of ilness aggravation and the number of re-admission of two groups in the six months after the patients were discharged from hospital,and evaluated the livng qualities of patients with MLHF.Results Two groups showed a significance difference(P<0.05)in terms of the number of ilness aggravation and the number of readmission within 6 months after discharged from hospital. The observation group got lower MLHF scores than the control group in body item,emotion item and other items(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the continuous nursing plan to CHF patients can reduce the number of ilness aggravation and the readmission rate,thus improving the living quality of patients.%目的：探讨对慢性心力衰竭患者实施连续性护理干预的效果。方法选取我院100例慢性心力衰竭患者，将以上患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组患者均为50例，观察组实施连续性护理计划，对照组接受常规护理和随访，观察两组患者出院后6个月内疾病加重次数及再次入院次数，采用MLHF评定患者的生活质量情况。结果两组患者出院6个月内疾病加重次数及再次入院次数等方面比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组MLHF的身体领域、情绪领域、其他领域的得分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对CHF患者实施连续性护理计划可减少疾病加重次数、减少再入院率，提升患者生活质量。
