Sprague-Dawley大鼠自发性乳腺癌分子分型的动物实验研究

     

摘要

Objective To discuss the situation of spontaneous breast cancer molecular classiifcation of Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats.Methods20 females 4 weeks SD rats without specific pathogen were selected. Through the analysis of all rats breast cancer molecular classiifcation, to ifnd the related molecular classification characteristics of spontaneous breast cancer. ResultsLuminal A type (55.00%) breast cancer rats was signiifcantly higher than Basal-like type, Luminal B and Her-2 expression type (P < 0.05), there was no signiifcant difference in other three groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion In clinic, in addition to the conventional biochemical indexes and imaging diagnosis, the ER, CerbB-2 and PR detection have positive signiifcance for early identiifcation of breast cancer in rats.%目的:探讨Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠患有自发性乳腺癌的分子分型情况。方法选取20只无特定病原体级雌性4周SD大鼠。通过分析全部大鼠乳腺癌分子分型,找到自发性乳腺肿瘤相关分子分型特点。结果 LuminalA型(55.00%)乳腺癌大鼠显著高于Basal-like型、LuminalB型和Her-2过表达型(P均<0.05),其余三组差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论临床上除常规生化指标及影像学诊断以外,配合ER、CerbB-2及PR检测对早期鉴别大鼠乳腺癌有积极意义。
