胰岛素泵治疗妊娠糖尿病对妊娠结局的影响

Objective To observe the effects of insulin pump on gestational diabetes mellitus.MethodsThe clinical data of 98 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into two groups according to the way of injecting insulin, 44 cases of subcutaneous insulin control group and 54 cases of insulin pump observation group. Blood glucose and pregnancy outcomes were compared between two groups.Results After treatment, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose and blood sugar before bedtime were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Observation group after treatment, pregnancy induced hypertension 11.11%, cesarean section 18.52%, excess amniotic fluid 25.93% and neonatal asphyxia 7.41%, hyperbilirubinemia 11.11%, macrosomia 7.41%, hypoglycemia 3.70%, which were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Insulin pump therapy can significantly control the gestational diabetes mellitus and reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.%目的：观察胰岛素泵治疗妊娠糖尿病对妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析我院治疗的98例妊娠糖尿病孕妇临床资料，按注入胰岛素方式不同分为两组，皮下注射胰岛素治疗对照组（44例），胰岛素泵治疗观察组（54例），对比两组血糖及妊娠结局。结果观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、睡前血糖均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组产妇治疗后，妊高症11.11%、剖宫产18.52%、过量羊水25.93%及新生儿窒息7.41%、高胆红素血症11.11%、巨大儿7.41%、低血糖3.70%，均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论胰岛素泵治疗可显著控制妊娠糖尿病孕妇血糖，减少不良妊娠结局风险。
