探讨经椎弓根植骨治疗50例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的临床效果

摘要

Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture with pedicle bone graft.Methods According to our hospital 50 cases of thoracolumbar burst fracture patients were analyzed, using transpedicular bone graft in the treatment of patients before and after treatment, comparison of the inferior endplate angle, posterior vertebral compression rate and the degree of spinal canal stenosis and vertebral compression rate, kyphosis Cobb angle.Results After operation, there were 2 cases of wound infection cases were cured, all patients received one year follow-up, patients with endplate angle, vertebral rear compression rate, the degree of spinal canal stenosis and vertebral compression rate, kyphosis Cobb angle decreased signiifcantly than before (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture treated with pedicle bone graft in the treatment of low probability of complications, the treatment effect is outstanding.%目的：研究胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者接受经椎弓根植骨治疗的临床效果。方法根据我院对50例胸腰椎爆炸性骨折患者进行研究分析，使用经椎弓根植骨治疗，对比患者治疗前后的上下终板成角、伤椎后缘压缩率、椎管狭窄程度、伤椎前缘压缩率、脊柱后凸Cobb角。结果术后出现2例伤口感染病例，均痊愈；全部患者接受1年随访，患者的上下终板成角、伤椎后缘压缩率、椎管狭窄程度、伤椎前缘压缩率、脊柱后凸Cobb角比手术前减小（P＜0.05）。结论胸腰椎爆炸性骨折患者接受经椎弓根植骨治疗的并发症发生率低，治疗效果突出。
