血液透析治疗肾病综合征致急性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hemodialysis in the treatment of acute renal failure caused by nephrotic syndrome.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with ARF caused by nephrotic syndrome in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment regimen. The control group (41 cases) was treated with conventional therapy and the study group (45 cases) underwent hemodialysis. The curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment was improved.Results The levels of BUN, Scr and Ccr in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hemodialysis treatment of ARF caused by nephrotic syndrome can effectively improve renal function, thus improving the quality of life of patients.%目的：分析血液透析治疗肾病综合征致急性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的86例肾病综合征致ARF患者的临床资料，根据不同治疗方案将其分为两组，对照组（41例）行常规治疗，研究组（45例）行血液透析治疗，比较两组治疗前后疗效性指标改善情况。结果两组治疗后BUN、Scr及Ccr水平较治疗前均改善，且研究组改善幅度比对照组大，比较差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论肾病综合征致ARF行血液透析治疗可有效改善其肾功能，从而提高患者生活质量。
