摘要

It has been a common sense that health insurance reimbursement policies for new drugs should be based on health technology assessment (HTA). In order to improve the technology and standardization level for HTA in China, the health insurance department should formulate the guideline for the submission of HTA outcomes as soon as possible.%基于卫生技术评估的结果制定新药的医保报销政策已经成为发达国家的共识，医保部门应尽快制定卫生技术评估结果的申报规范，提高卫生技术评估的科学性和标准化程度。
