商业健康保险参与医疗保障体系建设研究

健康是人全面发展的基础。商业健康保险是医疗保障体系的有机组成部分，是保险业发挥社会风险管理功能、更好地服务经济社会的重要组成部分。本课题从基础理论出发，分析商业健康保险的发展情况，剖析商业健康保险参与医疗保障体系建设存在的问题，并提出对策建议。%Health is the foundation of human development. Commercial health insurance is an organic part of medical security system. It plays an important role in social risk management, and is a supplement of social services. Based on basic theory and through studying on the development of the commercial health insurance, we analyze current problems in the construction of medical security system and make related suggestions.
