Objective To study the correlation between the waist circumference of residents and blood pressure, blood glucose and blood liquid thus providing effective prevention and control measures for the effective prevention and control of blood pressure, blood glucose and blood liquid levels and central obesity. Methods 1 684 cases of residents from November2017 to May 2018 in Lhasa aged more than 35 years old were extracted for questionnaire, physical measurement and test of biochemical indexes, and the correlation between the waist circumference of residents and blood pressure, blood glucose and blood liquid was described. Results The central obesity rate of residents was 84.8％, and the central obesity rate of male and female was respectively 83.5％, 85.6％, and levels of various indicators of blood pressure and blood liquid were obviously correlated with the waist circumference (P<0.01) , and there was a correlation between the blood glucose level and waist circumference (P<0.05) , and the levels of various indicators of blood pressure, blood liquid and blood glucose of females were obviously correlated with the waist circumference (P<0.01). Conclusion We should enhance the attention to the abdominal obesity of residents aged more than 35 years old in Lhasa, and the measurement of waist circumference is of major significance to the risk evaluation of common chronic disease, and it contributes to controlling the popularization of common chronic diseases.%目的 研究居民腰围水平与血压、血糖、血脂之间的相关关系, 从而为控制血压、血糖、血脂水平及中心性肥胖提供有效防治措施.方法 采取多阶段整群随机抽样方法, 抽取2017年11月—2018年5月1 684名35岁及以上的拉萨市居民进行问卷调查、体格测量及生化指标检测, 描述腰围与血压、血糖、血脂之间的关系.结果 居民中心性肥胖率为84.8％, 男、女性中心性肥胖率分别为83.5％、85.6％;男性血压、血脂各项指标水平均与腰围呈显著相关 (P<0.01) , 血糖水平与腰围有相关性 (P<0.05) , 而女性血压、血脂、血糖各项指标水平均与腰围呈显著相关 (P<0.01) .结论拉萨市35岁以上居腹部肥胖情况严重应加强重视, 腰围的测定对常见慢性病的风险评估具有重要意义, 有助于控制对常见慢性病的流行.
