中国特色现代医院管理制度的构建

China's medical and health undertakings have achieved remarkable results. In the medical and health service system, public hospitals play a basic and guarantee role. Facing the great environment of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, we should further speed up the construction of modern hospital management system to ensure that it fully reflects Chinese characteristics. From the point of view of the connotation of modern hospital management system with Chinese characteristics, this paper makes an analysis and discussion on the ways to construct the management system, hoping to provide some references for the development and management of modern hospitals.%在医疗卫生服务体系中, 公立医院发挥着基础和保障的作用.面对构建中国特色社会主义的大环境, 应该进一步加快现代医院管理制度建设, 确保其能够充分体现出中国特色.该文从中国特色现代医院管理制度的内涵着眼, 就管理制度的构建途径进行了分析和讨论, 希望能够为现代医院的发展管理提供一些参考.
