Objective To explore the effective component and pharmacological effect of Angelica sinensis. Methods 282 patients were selected from different departments, give the angelica, study itspharmacological action and the analysis of its effective com-ponents. Results Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology irregular menstruation in 60 cases, 30 cases in the experimental group were cured 15 cases (50%),12 cases were cured (40%), invalid 3 cases (10%), the total efficiency of 90%. The control group of 30patients were cured in 10 cases (33.33%),9 cases were cured (30%), invalid 11 cases (36.67%), the total efficiency of 63.33%. 5.963 χ2. The P value is 0.015. The statistical significance.78 cases of hypertensive patients in cardiovasculardepartment, 39 cases in the experimental group were cured 16 cases (41.03%), 20 cases were cured (51.28%), invalid 3 cases (7.69%), the total effi-ciency of 92.28%.The control group of 39 patients were cured in 8 cases (20.51%), effective in 13 cases (33.33%), invalid 18 cas-es (46.15%), the total efficiency of 53.84%. 6.103 χ2.The P value is 0.01. The statistical significance. Department of hematology patients with anemia in 76 cases, 38 cases in the experimental group were cured 10 cases(26.32%), 25 cases were cured (65.79%), invalid 3 cases (7.89%), the total efficiency of 92.11%. The control group of 38 patients were cured in 6 cases (15.79%), effective in 21 cases (55.26%), invalid 11 cases (28.95%), the total efficiency of 71.05%. 5.325x 2. The P value is 0.023. The statistical significance. 68 cases of HCC, 34 cases in the experimental group were cured 8 cases (23.53%),20 cases were cured (58.82%),in-valid 6 cases (7.65%), the total efficiency of 82.35%. The control group of 34patients were cured in 2 cases (5.88%), effective in 24 cases (70.59%), invalid 8 cases (23.53%), the total efficiency of 76.47%. 4.943 χ2. The P value is 0.035. Conclusion Application of Angelica after treatment, small dosage, less side effects, the treatment effect is significant, wor-thy of clinical application.%目的：探讨当归有效成分及其药理作用。方法选取不同科室的患者282例，进行给予当归治疗，分析其有效成分并研究其药理作用。结果妇产科月经不调60例患者，实验组30例患者治愈15例(50.00%)，显效12例(40.00%)，无效3例(10.00%)，总有效率90.00%。对照组30例患者治愈10例(33.33%)，显效9例(30.00%)，无效11例(36.67%)，总有效率63.33%。χ2为5.963。 P值为0.015。具有统计学意义。心血管科高血压患者78例，实验组39例患者治愈16例(41.03%)，显效20例(51.28%)，无效3例(7.69%)，总有效率92.28%。对照组39例患者治愈8例(20.51%)，显效13例(33.33%)，无效18例(46.15%)，总有效率53.84%。χ2为6.103。 P值为0.01。具有统计学意义。血液科贫血患者76例，实验组38例患者治愈10例(26.32%)，显效25例(65.79%)，无效3例(7.89%)，总有效率92.11%。对照组38例患者治愈6例(15.79%)，显效21例(55.26%)，无效11例(28.95%)，总有效率71.05%。χ2为5.325。P值为0.023。具有统计学意义。肝癌患者68例，实验组34例患者治愈8例(23.53%)，显效20例(58.82%)，无效6例(7.65%)，总有效率82.35%。对照组34例患者治愈2例(5.88%)，显效24例(70.59%)，无效8例(23.53%)，总有效率76.47%。χ2为4.943。P值为0.035。具有统计学意义。结论应用当归治疗后，用药剂量较小、副反应少，治疗效果显著，值得临床推广。
