Objective To explore the methods of evidence-based nursing in reducing the effect of PICC catheter complications. Methods From 2012 May-2013 year in May my courtyard PICC catheter in 50 cases, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group with routine care on the patients care, the observer with evidence-based nursing care on the patients. Comparison of clinical nursing complication in patients of the two groups and the incidence of patient satisfaction. Results In the evidence-based nursing condition, the patients in observation group the incidence rate of complications was lower than the control group of patients, on complication rates were 10% and 60%, the difference between two groups of data is significant, results have statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The evidence-based nursing method can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with PICC tube, a significant clinical effect, is worth popularizing in the clinic.%目的：探讨循证护理方法在减少PICC置管并发症中的效果。方法选取2012年5月-2013年5月期间我院PICC置管患者50例，并将其随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者以常规护理方式对患者进行护理、观察者患者以循证护理方法对患者进行护理。比较两组患者的临床护理后的并发症发生情况及患者满意度。结果在循证护理条件下，观察组患者的并发症发生率明显小于对照组患者，起并发症发生率分别为10%及60%，两组数据差异显著，结果具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理法可有效减少PICC置管患者并发症的发生情况，临床效果显著，值得在临床上广泛推广。
