复方利多卡因乳膏在儿童PICC置管中的镇痛效果观察

摘要

：Objective To observe the analgesic effect of compound Lidocaine cream in peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)insertion by modified Seldinger technique in children. Methods 〓Totally 87 children with cancer undergoing PICC by modified Seldinger technique were assigned to the study group(n=40)and the control group(n=47). The intradermal injection of 0.5 mL Lidocaine Hydrochloride was adopted at the time of skin incision in the control group. In the study group, the compound Lidocaine cream was applied at the puncture site 1 h before the skin disinfection. The pain degree was evaluated by Wong-Baker FACES pain rating scale(WBS). Results 〓The WBS score of children in the study group was(3.05±1.36), which was lower than(4.26±0.67)in the control group(P0.01). Conclusion 〓Application of compound Lidocaine cream at puncture site is potentially effective to relieve the PICC-induced pain in children.
