Objective To apply safety nursing to treat hyperbaric oxygen chamber patients and research the effects of that appli-cation. Methods 200 cases of patients in hyperbaric oxygen chamber were selected in our hospital during 2013 January to 2014 January randomly. They were divided into two groups randomly and averagely. Patients in observation group received safety nurs-ing, while patients in control group received normal nursing. The clinical performance and toxic and side effect of those patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results The rate of toxic and side effect was only 5.0% of patients who received safety nursing, while it was 13.0% in control group. The rate of clinical efficient was 91.0% in observation group, while it was 74.0% in control group. Conclusion Safety nursing effects well in treating patients in hyperbaric oxygen chamber. This method can increase the rate of clinical efficient and decrease the rate of adverse events. Therefore, this method is suitable for popularizing in clinical.%目的：应用安全护理于高压氧舱患者，探究其效果。方法随机选取我院于2013年1月-2014年1月期间收治采用高压氧舱治疗的患者200例。将其随机均分为两组，观察组患者接受安全护理，对照组患者接受常规护理。观察并比较两组患者的临床表现以及副反应等。结果接受安全护理的患者副反应率仅为5.0%，对照组则高达13.0%。观察组显效者30例，有效者61例，有效率为91.0%。对照组显效者21例，有效者53例，有效率仅为74.0%。结论安全护理应用于高压氧舱治疗患者具有很好的临床效果。此方法可有效提高护理有效率并降低副反应发生率。因此，此方法适合于临床推广施行。
