Objective To study the incidence of kidney stones and conditions of gender, age, left kidney, right kidney and double kidneys. Methods By the way of epidemiology description to analyze the data of 3361 Dongfeng Motor Corporation’s employees’ who took the physical examination in 2012, and who had the type-B ultrasonic examination. Results The prevalence of kidney stones was 26.7%, and male and female prevalence rates respectively were 30.1% and 19.6%, which increases by the age. The prevalence rate of male and female’s double kidney stones is the highest, the prevalence rate of right kidney stones is the lowest, and the prevalence rate of male and female’s double kidney stones, left kidney stones and right kidney stones showed 3:2:1 lad-der-type decrease distribution. Conclusion The incidence of kidney stones of Dongfeng Corporation’s employees is higher than the people in other places, and there may be a certain relationship with the occupation. Bringing the kidney stones into disease control department’s chronic disease management is important to the control of kidney stones.%目的：研究肾结石的发生和性别、年龄、左、右、双肾情况。方法用描述流行病学方法分析东风公司2012年健康体检的3361名已做B超。结果肾结石患病率为26.7%，男女患病率分别为30.1%和19.6%，随年龄增加肾结石患病率而上升。男女双肾结石患病率最高，右肾最低，男女双、左、右肾结石患病呈3：2：1下阶梯式分布。结论东风公司员工肾结石的发病率高于其他地区人群，可能与职业有一定关系，把肾结石纳入到疾病控制部门的慢性病管理，对控制肾结石具有重要意义。
