社区卫生服务是以居民的医、防、保、康、健、计6大功能为一体的服务,是基层社区建设的重要部分,基层社区卫生服务主要以居民的卫生服务为向导、以人的健康为目的,合理的使用社区资源.随着我国经济发展水平与医疗卫生水平的快速发展,人们越来越重视社区卫生管理的发展,基层社区卫生管理也是当前医疗界发展的大势所趋,做好社区卫生管理,不仅可以改善当前不完善的医疗现状,还可以促进医疗卫生事业的发展,预防控制各类疾病的快速蔓延. 新型的基层社区卫生服务还不完善,仍然存在一些问题,为了提高基层社区卫生服务的质量,应大力发展社区卫生服务,构建以社区卫生服务为基础、协作密切的新型卫生服务体系.该文首先介绍了基层社区卫生服务在工作中发现的问题,其次是应对这些问题所制定的管理对策,以更好地发挥基层卫生服务的职能,让其在居民生活中起到应有的作用.%Community health services to residents of the medical, prevention, health, health, health, six functions as one of the services, is an important part of community building, community health services to the residents of the community health services as the guide to human health for the purpose of rational use of community resources.
