Objective To explore the effect of interventions on the HIV/AIDS comprehensive prevention project of commu-nity streets, providing guidance for the county community AIDS prevention and treatment. Methods Through lecture, door-to-door campaigns, approved, radio and other forms, carring on the full cover AIDS knowledge publicity in the community, factories, schools, units and so on. 15% of local population were detected HIV antibody and intervention for patients with HIV and at the same time. Results Through the implementation of the project, the dragon street district residents were aware of knowledge about HIV/AIDS, awareness and prevention has obviously improved, detection rate of patients and peo-ple infected with HIV significantly decreased compared with the previous year. Conclusion Comprehensive AIDS commu-nities will help improve the government's Comprehensive AIDS prevention and treatment as well as residents of the AIDS prevention awareness, to prevent the spread of the disease is important.%目的：探讨社区街道艾滋病综合防治干预实施的效果，为全县社区艾滋病防治工作提供指导。方法通过讲座、入户宣传、板报、广播等形式，进社区、厂矿、学校、单位等进行全覆盖防艾知识宣传，对15%当地人口开展HIV抗体检测，同时对既往艾滋病感染者及患者实施干预。结果通过项目的实施，龙街辖区居民对艾滋病的认识和预防知识知晓率有明显提高，艾滋病(病毒)感染者及病人检出率与上1年相比明显下降。结论社区开展艾滋病综合防治有利于提高政府对艾滋病综合防治水平以及居民对艾滋病预防的知晓率，对防止病情传播具有重要意义。
