自定位微创接骨板内固定治疗中段或近端胫骨骨折的效果分析

摘要

目的：分析自定位微创接骨板内固定治疗中段或近端胫骨骨折的临床意义。方法将该院2012年3月—2015年3月收治的120例胫骨骨折患者分成对照组(60例，微创接骨板内固定系统手术)和观察组(60例，自定位微创接骨板内固定)。结果观察组的各项观察指标均显著优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论自定位微创接骨板内固定治疗中段或近端胫骨骨折疗效显著。%120 cases of tibial fractures in2012.3 ~2015.3 patients were divided into control group (60 cases, minimally in-vasive bone) and observation group (60 cases, self localization of minimally invasive bone).The indexes in observation group were better than that of control group (P<0.05).The orientation of minimally invasive bone plate internal fixation treatment of middle or proximal tibial fracture curative effect is distinct.
