食管癌患者生活质量的影响因素分析

摘要

This study assessed the quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer, analyze the factors that affect the quality of their life . In order to assist clinical staff to better improve the health of patients with esophageal cancer, data form the study hopes to provide the theoretical basis. Results:The overall quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer is moderately low .The score is (44.14±26.50) (out of 100 points),clinical pathological stage,medical expenses, stages of treat-ment and family income, have an impact on the quality of life .The difference is of significance in statistics science.%本研究选择了100例住院期间的食管癌患者,对其进行生活质量等方面的调查,分析对其生活质量产生影响的多方面的因素.为提高食管癌患者的生活质量,提供理论方面的依据.结果显示这些食管癌患者的总体生活质量中等偏低,得分(44.14±26.50)(满分100分);食管癌患者的文化程度、肿瘤有无转移、不同临床病理分期、医疗费用支付方式、不同的治疗阶段、家庭月收入对生活质量的影响有统计学意义.
