Objective To observe and explore the application of nursing risk management in hospital endoscopy room, in or-der to provide an objective theoretical basis for strengthening the management of nursing risk management in the hospital. Methods 300 patients were treated by endoscopic diagnosis and treatment, and 5 nursing staff were reviewed. Risk assess-ment was conducted for the infection control in January -2014 in January 2013, and the risk management measures were analyzed. The risk management of nursing risk management was conducted in January, and the incidence rate of occupa-tional exposure to -2015 was investigated. Results The nursing risk management of endoscope for biological monitoring qualified rate of comparative analysis showed that the nursing risk management, for endoscopic surface, accessories, cavity and sink for biological detection qualified rate was significantly higher than that in the implementation of nursing risk man-agement, with significant difference, P<0.05. Before and after nursing risk management in nursing occupational exposure risk events are comparative analysis results showed that the incidence of nursing risk management of nursing staffs before chemical infection, the probability of infection biology and sharps injuries was significantly higher than that of nursing risk management, the differences were statistically significant,P<0.05. Conclusion Nursing risk management in the hospital en-doscopy room is conducive to the development of infection control work, which has a high clinical application value.%目的观察和探讨护理风险管理在医院内镜室的应用情况,以期为加强内镜室护理风险管理工作力度提供客观的理论依据.方法 选取2013年1月—2015年1月于该院内镜室进行诊断和治疗的患者300例作为研究观察对象,5名护理人员对相关资料进行回顾研究. 针对2013年1月—2014年1月内镜室的感染控制工作进行风险评估,分析常见感染风险时间发生的原因,并针对性制定风险管理措施;2014年1月—2015年1月进行护理风险管理,结束后应用自制调查问卷对两个时期内镜生物学检测合格率和护理人员职业暴露危险事件发生率进行调查和比较分析.结果 进行护理风险管理后,针对内镜的表面、附件、内腔和水槽等进行生物学检测合格率明显高于实施护理风险管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对护理风险管理前后护理人员职业暴露危险事件发生情况进行比较分析结果显示,护理风险管理前护理人员发生化学感染、生物感染和锐器损伤的几率明显高于护理风险管理后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 在医院内镜室进行护理风险管理有利于感染控制工作的开展,有较高的临床应用价值.
