ICU护士专业技能培训需求及影响因素研究

     

摘要

目的 分析ICU护士专业技能培训的需求,研究其影响因素.方法 采用问卷调查的方法,选取大化县人民医院ICU部门的23名护士作为研究对象,该医院为二乙医院,医疗水平以及医护人员综合素质均较高,具有一定的代表性. 设计情况调查表和ICU护士专业技能培训需求调查表,对参与调研的护士进行问卷调查分析,研究ICU护士专业技能培训需求及影响因素. 结果 大化县人民医院ICU护士多数对专业技能有着较高的需求, 平均得分为4.36分. 而对护士的个人资料以及经历分析得知,学历、工作自评以及ICU的工作年限都是影响ICU护士专业技能培训需求的重要因素.采用统计学软件处理,不同的工作年限、学历、工作自评对ICU护士专业技能培训需求影响明显,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05. 结论 大化县人民医院ICU护士多数对专业技能培训需求较高,其中学历相对较低的护士需求越高,工作年限较长、工作自评越高的护士对自我要求也越高,因此对培训需求也较高. 因此,医院护理管理者、ICU部门在安排护士培训时,必须要结合ICU护士的层次、学历差异以及个体的差异性,按照逐级递增的原则系统的培训.%Objective To analyze the needs of ICU nursing skills training, study the influencing factors. Methods A ques-tionnaire, select Dahua County People's Hospital ICU department 23 nurses as research subjects, the hospital diethyl hos-pital, medical standards and the overall quality of health care are high, with a certain representation. Questionnaire design and ICU nurse professional skills training needs survey of nurses involved in research survey analysis, research ICU nurse professional skills training needs and influencing factors. Results Dahua County People's Hospital ICU nurse most of the professional skills have a higher demand, with an average score of 4.36 points. While the nurse's profile and experience im-portant factors that, qualifications, work experience and self-assessment work is affecting ICU ICU nurse professional skills training needs. Using statistical software processing, different work experience, education, work skills self-assessment ICU nurse training needs to affect significantly, the difference was significant, P<0.05. Conclusion Dahua County People's Hos-pital ICU nurses majority of high demand for professional skills training, where a relatively low degree nurses demand high-er, longer working life, higher self-assessment nurses working for self-demands higher, so the training needs are higher. Therefore, the hospital nursing administrators, ICU department in arranging the training of nurses, ICU nurses must be combined with the level of, education differences and individual differences, in accordance with the principle of incremental training system, in order to cultivate a good ICU nurse.
