社区居民、医院病人和医务人员视角下医患关系的认知调查

摘要

目的 了解社区居民、医院病人及医务人员对医患关系认知的问卷调查,分析三者对目前医患关注认知度的情况,探讨医患关系现状及影响因素,给予针对性的建议,以期改善医患关系,提高医患信任度. 方法 应用问卷调查表的方式. 结果 社区居民、医院病人及医务人员在认知度方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).三者之间的医患关系受到评估对象、性别、文化状况、相互信任度等因素的影响.结论 通过多方位调查视角开展,换位思考、相互理解有助于医患关系的和谐发展.%Objective To collect the questionnaire about the cognition of community residents, patients and medical staff on the doctor-patient relationships, analyze the current cognition degree, discuss the current situation and influence factors of doctor-patient relationships, give the corresponding advices, improve the doctor-patient relationships and the credibility be-tween patients and doctors. Methods The questionnaire form was applied. Results The cognition of community residents, patients and medical staff on the doctor-patient relationships was significantly different (P<0.05). The doctor-patient rela-tionship was influenced by the objects, gender, culture condition and mutual trust, etc. Conclusion According to the multi-dimensional aspects, the transposition consideration and mutual understanding is good for the harmony development of the doctor-patient relationship.
