The device has a lug (1) that forms a bracket by embedding to a lower bar of a medical bed (3) extended by a strap (2). The strap surrounds the thorax of a patient while tensioning a turning torque which permits turn-over of patient and maintains the patient in support with the bars of the bed. The lug includes a projection (6) disposed on its concave part and a strap fixing system on its convex part.
