The mobile phone is brought to the college students, but also to the physical, psychological and academic injury, analysis of psychological factors affecting mobile phone dependence is psychological, herd mentality, personality traits, stress, self-control, lack of social support system, from the perspective of college students to find out the corresponding countermeasures.%手机在给大学生带来方便的同时也给大学生带来了身体、心理和学业等方面的伤害,该文分析影响手机依赖的心理因素是攀比心理、从众心理、人格特质、压力、自我控制力差、缺乏社会支持系统,从大学生自身角度出发提出相应的解决对策.
