基层医疗卫生机构健康教育存在的问题及对策研究

         

摘要

Objective To analyze the problems of health education in the primary health care institutions, and to propose solutions to the problems. Methods From July 2012 to July 2014 in our hospital, 200 patients and 50 medical personnel were treated with clinical data. Through a questionnaire survey, health education status and health education effect were evaluated. Results The showed that health education was insufficient in 203 cases, accounting for 82.2%, health education content and methods, accounting for 224, 152 cases of health education intervention, 61.5% cases, 183 cases of health education, 186 cases, 75.3% cases of health education, 81%. Conclusion The health education of primary health care institutions is more outstanding, and the suggestion to optimize the nursing staff, improve the quality of nursing staff and health education skills, strengthen the effect of health education, improve the health education, and improve the health education in the primary medical institutions.%目的:分析基层医疗卫生机构健康教育存在的问题,并提出解决对策。方法选取2012年7月—2014年7月在该院接受住院治疗的200例患者和50例医护人员,通过一对一面谈、问卷调查等形式了解健康教育现状,并评估健康教育效果,对健康教育存在的问题进行分析总结,提出解决对策。结果认为健康教育重视不够203例,占82.2%;健康教育内容及方法过于单一224例,占90.7%;健康教育介入时机不当152例,占61.5%;健康教育资源匮乏183例,占74.1%;忽视家属的健康教育186例,占75.3%;忽视出院前健康教育200例,占81.0%。结论基层医疗卫生机构健康教育缺失问题比较突出,建议优化护理人员配置,增强护理人员素质及健康教育技能,强化健康教育效果评价,切实改善健康教育缺失、薄弱局面,提高健康教育在基层医疗机构的重要性和作用。
