Objective To investigate the effects of prenatal health education on maternal outcome of pregnancy. Methods May 2014-May 2015 were produced seized 240 cases of pregnant women in our hospital as research subjects, according to the random number table which were divided into the study group and the control group, 120 cases in each group. Control group with conventional health education intervention, the Study Group integrated health education intervention. Mode of delivery was observed compared two groups of pregnant women, as well as maternal and newborn and circumstances. Re-sults The study group cesarean section rate was 10.00%. Significantly lower than the 33.33%in the control group (P<0.05);labor time required for the study group and 2h postpartum hemorrhage were lower than the control group (P<0.05);the study group without low birth weight children, great children appear significantly lower than 5.83% in the control group, 5.83%(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive prenatal health education can effectively reduce the cesarean section rate, ease labor pain and pressure, to protect maternal and child health and safety, suitable for clinical practice.%目的 探讨产前健康教育对产妇妊娠结局的影响.方法 选择2014年5月—2015年5月于该院进行产检的240例孕妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表将其平均分为研究组与对照组,每组各120例. 对照组采用常规健康教育干预,研究组采用综合式健康教育干预.对比两组孕产妇的分娩方式,以及孕产妇及新生儿和情况.结果 研究组剖宫产发生率为10.00%. 显著低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05); 研究组产程所需时间及产后2 h出血量均低于对照组 (P<0.05);研究组无低体重儿、巨大儿出现,显著低于对照组的5.83%、5.83%(P<0.05). 结论 综合式产前健康教育可以有效降低剖宫产率,缓解分娩痛苦与压力,保障母婴的健康与安全,适于临床推广.
