目的：探讨护理安全综合量化管理模式在护理管理中的运用价值。方法该次研究选择该院80名护理人员作为研究对象，建立护理安全综合量化管理体系，并选择护理部-护士长-护士管理模式，构建安全管理小组，其由责任组长及各科护士长组成。对患者实施前后的护理工作质量进行评分，并对患者实施前后的护理服务满意度进行调查。结果经过护理安全综合量化管理模式实施后，护理操作质量评分、健康知识评分、病房管理质量评分、护理文书书写评分等均好于实施前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实施后患者对护理服务的总满意度明显高于实施前，他们之间的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在患者临床治疗过程中，引入护理安全综合量化管理模式，可以保证治疗各个环节的顺利开展，有效改善患者的临床症状，提高其治疗效果和满意度。%Objective To explore the application value of nursing safety comprehensive quantitative management mode in nursing management. Methods This study in our hospital 80 nursing staff as the research object, the establishment of nurs-ing safety comprehensive quantitative management system, and select nursing department head nurse nurse management mode, construction safety management group, by the nurse responsible leader and subjects long. Before and after the imple-mentation of the quality of nursing care, and the patients before and after the implementation of nursing service satisfaction survey. Results After the implementation of nursing safety and safety management model, nursing operation quality score, health knowledge score, ward management quality score, nursing writing score were all better than before, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the implementation of the total satisfaction of patients to nursing service was sig-nificantly higher than before the implementation of the difference between them was statistically significant (P<0.05). Con-clusion In the course of clinical treatment, the introduction of nursing safety management mode, can ensure the smooth de-velopment of all aspects of the treatment, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve the treatment effect and satisfaction.
