无缝隙护理管理在消化内科优质护理中的应用效果

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of seamless nursing management in the department of gastroenterology. Methods From Jun. 2012, we began to apply seamless nursing management in the department of gastroenterology. And we need to compare nursing quality score and the degree of satisfaction. Results After using seamless nursing management nursing, the quality score and the degree of satisfaction are higher than ever before (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of seamless nursing management in the department of gastroenterology is obvious and it can promote nursing quality and the degree of satisfac-tion, so it is worth of using.%目的：观察并分析在消化内科的护理中应用无缝隙护理管理的效果。方法该院消化内科于2012年6月开始实施无缝隙护理管理，对比分析实施前后的护理质量评分和患者的满意度。结果与实施前相比，实施后的护理质量评分和患者的满意度均显著提高，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论在消化内科的护理中应用无缝隙护理管理能够显著地提高护理质量和患者的满意度。
