护理管理对提高护士优质护理服务意识的效果

摘要

目的：探究护理管理在对护士优质护理服务意识提高方面的作用。方法选取该县一所综合医院240名护士为研究对象，于2014年1月—2015年1月对其中120名护士予以护理管理，即为实验组，其余120名护士作为参照组，对护理效果进行对比。结果实验组的护理满意度以及考核评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对护士予以护理管理能够提高护士自身的服务意识，从而提高优质护理的效果。%Objective To explore the role of the nurse care management quality care awareness raising aspects.Methods 240 nurses in our hospital for the study, in January 2014 to January 2015 in which 120 nurses to be nursing management, namely the experimental group, and the remaining 120 nurses as the reference group,compared to nursing effect.Results The experimental group of nursing satisfaction and assessment scores were higher than the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion The nurses give care management can improve their sense of service of nurses, thereby enhancing the effect of high-quality care.
