The condition of patients in ICU ward the patient's condition is very complicated, and thus hospital must provide a high quality of care. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of nursing management of ICU, hospitals need to take ef-forts to manage ICU nursing work. And total quality management is commonly used in ICU nursing management measures in recent hospital.
