目的：探讨在公共卫生预防保健中社区居民需求情况及相关影响因素。方法分层系统抽样入户调查800例社区居民的一般资料、对公共卫生预防保健需求情况，采用Logistic分析相关影响因素。结果计划生育、精神卫生、计划免疫、慢性病管理、妇幼保健、老年人保健、卫生预防及疫情监测、健康教育工作总需求率分别占87.5%、76.2%、86.2%、79.2%、87.4%、98.7%、80.6%、80.0%；社区居民对康复治疗、老年精神卫生、妇女更年期保健、体检、个体化慢性病管理的需求经Logistic分析，主要影响因素为院慢性病患病情况、健康知识掌握情况。结论应完善公共卫生预防保健项目，积极开展健康教育，提高社区居民需求及健康知识。%Objective To explore the preventive care in public health in the community residents demand situation and the related influencing factors. Methods Stratified sampling system household surveys general data of 800 community residents, the demand for public health prevention health care situation, USES the Logistic analysis related influencing factors. Re-sults Mental health, family planning immunization, chronic diseases, maternal and child health care management, the el-derly health care, health prevention and disease surveillance, health education work aggregate demand rate is respectively 87.5%, 76.2%,86.2%,79.2%,87.4%,98.7%,80.6%,98.7%;Community residents of mental health, rehabilitation, old age, menopausal women health care, medical, individualized demand for management of chronic illness by Logistic analysis, the main influence factors for: chronic illnesses, health knowledge. Conclusion Should perfect the public health prevention health care project, actively carry out health education, improve the community residents demand and health knowledge.
