刍议养老机构老年护理管理现状及建议

摘要

Objective Aged care management present situation analysis endowment institutions and measures. Methods Take the questionnaire survey and visiting to 31 endowment agencies for investigation, survey a total of 100 cases of hospi-talized elderly, the main investigation agency nurses for aged and aged patients nursing management status. Results Pension agency managers age is opposite bigger, education is relatively low, the lack of a reasonable aged care management think-ing. in addition, nursing staff equipped with insufficient, wages are relatively low, the lack of scientific aged nursing grading management, people in grading nursing management and nursing risk management system in the elderly. Conclusion Must strengthen the old-age care and nursing management team to check, endowment of nursing management tend to be stan-dardized in the industry.%目的：分析研究养老机构老年护理管理现状以及措施。方法采取问卷调查以及走访方式对31家养老机构给予调查，问卷调查一共100例住院老年人，其中主要调查在养老机构中，护士对于老年患者的护理以及管理的情况。结果养老机构中的管理人员年龄相对较大，学历相对较低，缺乏一个合理的老年护理管理思维。另外，护士的数量配备不够，薪酬比较少，缺乏合理的对于养老护理人员的管理、老年人分级护理管理以及老年人护理风险管理体系。结论一定要增强养老护理以及护理管理队伍检查，使养老护理这个行业管理趋于规范化。
