建立社区口腔门诊的数字化消毒管理与感染控制模式

摘要

Objective To explore an effective model of dental equipment management and infection control, according to the char-acteristics of the community dental clinic. Methods Strict liability system, and improve the recognition of the importance of dental equipment disinfection, standard disinfection sterilization operation process, setting up reasonable oral functional partition, strengthening equipment management, establish a digital infection management and management mode. Results Set up effective dental equipment disinfection management and infection control mode, the disinfection effect of the instrument increased signifi-cantly. Conclusion Disinfection of dental equipment management and infection control is an important way to prevent cross infec-tion and guarantee the normal use of the equipment.%目的：针对社区口腔门诊的特点，探索一种模式，这个模式可以很好地满足口腔器械的消毒管理和感染控制两方面的需求。方法加强对口腔器械消毒的责任意识，规范消毒灭菌操作流程，合理设置口腔功能分区，加强器械管理，建立数字化消毒管理与感染管理模式。结果建立了行之有效的口腔器械消毒管理与感染控制模式，器械的消毒灭菌效果明显增加。结论做好口腔器械的消毒管理与感染控制是预防交叉感染和保障器械正常使用的重要途径。
