Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of crisis management in nursing management of stomatological outpatient. Methods Crisis management was established and 10 nursing staffs took part this study. A total of 220 outpatients were collected after implementation of crisis management(from April 2015 to December 2015)and another 220 outpatients were collected before implementation of crisis management(from December 2014 to March 2015). The patients’ complaints, nursing error, instrument missing were compared before and after implementation of crisis management, and the general skills of nursing staffs was evaluated. Results The incidence of patients’ complaints, nursing error, instrument missing was lower after implementation of crisis management compared with that before implementation(P0.05). The score of general skills of nurses increased from(85.2±3.0)before implementation to(96.1±2.7)after implementation, with a significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Application of crisis management can effectively improve the work ability of nursing staff and patient satisfaction.
机译:摘要:目的探讨危机管理在口腔科门诊护理管理中的作用。方法建立危机管理机制,由10名护理人员参加。实施危机管理后(2015年4月至2015年12月),共收集了220名门诊病人;实施危机管理前(2014年12月至2015年3月),又收集了220名患者。在实施危机管理之前和之后,比较患者的抱怨,护理错误,仪器缺失,并评估护理人员的一般技能。结果危机管理实施后患者的抱怨,护理失误,器械遗漏发生率均低于实施前(P <0.05)。护士的一般技能得分从实施前的(85.2±3.0)提高到实施后的(96.1±2.7),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论应用危机管理可以有效提高护理人员的工作能力和患者满意度。
