新乡地区2006～2015年无偿献血者ALT不合格结果分析

摘要

Objective Through a retrospective survey and analysis of the unqualified ALT results of voluntary blood donors in re-cent decade in this district, the study tries to explore that whether the measures taken to reduce the blood extravagancy are effec-tive. Methods The study will have a statistical analysis of 407757 ALT results of voluntary blood donors from 2006 to 2015. Re-sults There are 2916 unqualified results, and the annual average unqualified rate is 0.76%.Moreover, the highest unqualified rate of ALT results is 1.70% in year 2006 and the lowest rate is 0.13% in year 2015. There is significant difference between different years (P<0.05). The unqualified rate of male (1.01%) is higher than that of female (0.23%) (χ2=822.74,P<0.05). Donators from age 25 to 35 have the highest unqualified rate of ALT results (1.13%). There is also significant difference between different ages (P<0.05). Conclusion It is of great significance to do the preliminary ALT screening of donators before donating blood and strengthen the control of ALT test quality, so as to reduce the rate of blood extravagancy.%目的：对该地区近10年来无偿献血者ALT不合格情况进行回顾性统计分析，以探讨该站为降低ALT报废率所采取的措施是否有效。方法对新乡地区2006要2015年4月407757份无偿献血者ALT检测结果进行回顾性统计分析。结果ALT不合格2916份,年均不合格率为0.76%；ALT不合格率以2006年(1.70%)最高,2015年(0.13%)最低，不同年度间比较有显著性差异（P<0.05）。男性献血者ALT不合格率1.01%显著高于女性0.23%（χ2=822.74，P<0.05)；ALT不合格率以26~35岁年龄段最高(1.13%)，不同年龄段比较有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论对献血者献血前进行ALT的初筛，同时加强ALT检测质量控制，对降低ALT报废率意义重大。
