强化地方中药药事管理的方法和策略分析

To strengthen hospital especially the grass-roots hospital Chinese medicine pharmaceutical affairs management is the next stage of health care reform development focus. Main reinforcement strategies include to improve Chinese traditional medicine dispensing accuracy and reasonable renovation tisanes room layout and to strengthen quality control, improve the level of clinical pharmacy and clinical herbalists to cultivate and improve the traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical affairs management sys-tem, scientific construction of management information system of medicine of traditional Chinese medicine. Health institutions at all levels shall actively provide help for local basic-level hospitals, adjust measures to local conditions, scientific planning, around decoction) syndromes, warehouse management, and other specific work objective of strengthening and through establishing the sys-tem of management, standardized operation, solid foundation, gradually enhance the level of traditional Chinese medicine pharma-ceutical affairs management.%强化医院特别是基层医院中药药事管理是下一阶段卫生事业改革发展工作重点。主要强化策略包括提高中药调剂准确率、合理改造煎药室布局与加强质量控制、提高临床药学水平与注重临床中药师培养、健全中药药事管理制度、科学构建中医药药师管理信息系统。各级卫生机构应积极为地方基层医院提供帮助，因地制宜、科学规划，围绕煎剂、方药、库房管理等具体工作确立强化目标，通过确立管理制度、规范操作，夯实基础，逐步提升中药药事管理水平。
