This article from the research ethics review review project scope, personnel composition,operation process, four aspects of archival material and process tracking of scientific research projects in hospital ethics review, so as to realize the scientific re-search projects in hospital ethics review standard, effectively guarantee the scientific research project in the implementation pro-cess of the subjects of the legitimate rights and interests are respected and protected.%该研究从科研项目伦理审查的审查范围、人员组成、操作流程，档案材料及过程追踪等4个方面探讨医院科研项目伦理审查问题，从而实现医院科研项目伦理审查的规范化，有效保证科研项目实施过程中受试者的合法权益得到足够的尊重和保护。
