目的：探讨健康教育与优质护理服务对骨结核患者康复的影响。方法选择该院收治的88例骨结核患者作为研究对象，将其平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组采取常规护理措施，研究组在此基础上实施健康教育与优质护理服务干预。结果研究组对护理工作的总满意率为97.73%、健康知识认知率为95.45%，显著高于对照组的81.82%、79.55%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预后SF-36健康量表分值显著高于对照组及干预前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育与优质护理服务可以有效强化骨结核病对疾病的认知程度及对护工作的满意度，提高生活质量，利于患者的康复，适于临床应用。%Objective To investigate the health education intervention on thoracic and lumbar tuberculosis treatment compliance, complications and knowledge to master degree. Methods During April 2013 - April 2015 in our hospital 84 cases of thoracolum-bar tuberculosis, which were divided into study group and control group. The control group received routine nursing care, health e-ducation intervention study group application on this basis. Results The study group was 97.62 percent treatment compliance, knowledge rate of 97.62%, significantly higher than the 76.19%, 78.57%(P<0.05);Study Group complication rate was 4.76%, sig-nificantly lower than the control group the 19.05% (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of health education interventions for patients with thoracic spinal tuberculosis patients can improve awareness of the disease, strengthen compliance of medical practice, reducing the probability of complications, suitable for clinical application.
