孕妇产前超声筛查知识知晓率调查

摘要

Objective To analyze the early maternal prenatal ultrasound screening for the knowledge to understand the situation, provide the scientific basis for effective dissemination of scientific knowledge prenatal. Methods 126 pregnant women were first prenatal ultrasound screening knowledge score. Results 126 prenatal ultrasound screening knowledge score the highest score 8 points, the lowest score 2 points, the average score was (4.69±1.37) points; educated and pregnant women have maternity insur-ance scores and passing rates are significantly higher than less educated and non-pregnant women, maternity insurance, the dif-ference was statistically significant (P<0.05); 10-question answered correctly in the highest rate for the first eight questions, the correct rate of 85.51%;the lowest for the first nine questions, the correct rate of 11.11%;55.56%of the relevant knowledge of pre-natal ultrasound screening is to read books by themselves obtained 68.25% of the pregnant women wish to gain knowledge of pre-natal ultrasound screening by a doctor. Conclusions Prenatal ultrasound screening is low awareness of the knowledge needed to intensify propaganda through the correct channels, in order to get better results.%目的：分析初产妇对于产前超声筛查相关知识了解情况，为科学有效地宣传产前知识提供科学依据。方法对126名首次妊娠孕妇进行产前超声筛查的相关知识评分。结果126名孕妇产前超声筛查的相关知识评分最高分为8分，最低分为2分，平均得分为(4.69依1.37)分；学历高和有生育保险的孕妇评分和及格率都明显高于学历低和无生育保险的孕妇，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；10道问题中回答正确率最高的为第8题，正确率为85.51%；最低为第9题，正确率为11.11%；55.56%的孕妇产前超声筛查的相关知识是由自己阅读相关书籍获得，68.25%的孕妇希望通过医生获得产前超声筛查的相关知识。结论孕妇产前超声筛查知识知晓率较低，需要通过正确的渠道加大宣传力度。
