厦门市城区社区卫生服务机构人力资源现状

摘要

Objective This article gives an overview of the current situation of human resources for Xiamen City Community Health Services,analyzes existing problems and proposes corresponding improvement countermeasures, in order to provide a refer-ence for making relevant human resources policy of health services.Methods Statistically analyze the results of 2012 Xiamen City CHS baseline survey.Conclusion The total amount of Human Resources for CHS in Xiamen City is slightly lower than the national standard. The quality of personnel should be further improved.%目的：该研究通过概述厦门市城区社区卫生服务人力资源现状，分析其中存在的主要问题并提出相应完善对策，为制定相关卫生人力资源政策提供参考。方法对2012年厦门市思明社区卫生服务基线调查结果进行统计分析。结果思明区CHS配备到位卫生技术人员为401名，全科医生57人，每10000人全科医生数0.7名，本科级以上57.8%，副高级以上15.2%。结论厦门市城区社区卫生服务人力资源总量略低于国家标准，人员素质有待进一步提高。
