“三明治”教学法在内分泌临床见习教学中应用的探索

         

摘要

Objective To explore the efforts in clinical endocrine teaching with"sandwich"methods, Aims to improve medical stu-dents' clinical practice knowledge on endocrine learning.Methods Selected 120 medical students as research subjects in the third affiliated hospital of Qiqihar Medical university,from May 2014 to February 2015. Used a random number table method will be di-vided into a control group and experimental groups of 60, two groups of trainees received the same title, class of endocrine clinical practice projects, including the control group to take the traditional teaching trainee, trainee throughout the experimental group ac-cept the"sandwich"method, two trainee survey course completion before learning and learning satisfaction test. Results Self-eval-uation of the use of trainees learning evaluation questionnaire, the experimental group trainee logical thinking, communication, self-study, summarized the results of the self-evaluation capacity was significantly higher(P<0.05), statistically significant;the ex-perimental group was significantly satisfaction evaluation results the control group (P<0.05), statistically significant Conclusion"Sandwich" method in clinical practice can significantly enhance teaching apprentice learning, improve learning outcomes in clini-cal trainees, apprentices can improve learning attitude and enthusiasm for learning, with the application and popularization value.%目的:探讨“三明治”教学法在内分泌临床见习教学中的应用,旨在提高医学生对内分泌临床见习知识的学习效果。方法筛选2014年5月-2015年2月齐齐哈尔医学院见习医学生120名作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将其分为对照组与实验组,每组60名,两组见习生均接受相同题目、课时的内分泌临床见习项目,其中对照组采取传统见习带教,实验组见习生全程接受“三明治”教学法,调查两组见习生出科前学习效果及学习满意度。结果学习效果评价采用见习生自我问卷评价,实验组见习生逻辑思维、沟通、自学、归纳总结能力等自我评价结果明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;实验组满意度评价结果明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论“三明治”教学法在临床见习教学中可显著提升见习生学习效果,改善见习生学习态度及学习积极性,具有应用及推广价值。
