精细化药房管理模式在提高医院中成药药房工作效率中的应用

Objective Discussion on the application of fine pharmacy management mode in Hospital Chinese medicine pharmacy effect.Methods The application of fine pharmacy management mode in the management of Chinese patent medicine in our hospital pharmacy work system, comparison before and after the implementation of the work efficiency and patient satisfaction.Results The implementation of the refinement of pharmacy management pattern, higher efficiency, shorter waiting time for medicine.Conclusion The refinement of the pharmacy management mode is propitious to improve the work efficiency of Chinese medicine pharmacy.%目的：探讨精细化药房管理模式应用于医院中成药药房的效果。方法将精细化药房管理模式应用于该院中成药药房工作管理中，对比制度实施前后工作效率及患者满意度。结果精细化药房管理模式实施后，工作效率更高，候药时间更短。结论精细化药房管理模式有利于提高中成药药房工作效率。
