加强检验前质量控制的人员沟通与标本采集工作的探讨

         

摘要

在临床科室中会经常出现检验科所检验结果存在不准确情况,但是检验科的人员却认为自己是严格按照我国的有关规程操作的,检验结果是准确无疑的。他们认为错误的根源来自临床的医护人员操作失误,采取的标本产生了错误。在实际生活中其实不准确的检验结果并非是检验科的原因。尤其是近年来,检验科有关质量检测迅速发展。从许多的实践表明,医护人员在从取标本到该标本送到实验室的有关质量控制是最容易忽视的环节,该环节不仅要求医护人员并且还要求检验人员对能够影响检验结果的各个方面有全面的了解,与此同时还要求采集标本的人员具有规范化的操作。%Will often appear in the clinical departments by clinical laboratory test results is not accurate, but think of myself as clinical laboratory personnel in strict accordance with the relevant procedures in our country, the inspection result is accurate.
